Customer ServicesWe realize that you have a choice in where you buy your furniture.  For over 40 years, Castleberry’s Treasures For Your Home has been known for providing our customers with the service they expect and deserve.  Our reputation has been built on providing customers with quality and value in home furnishings and standing behind the products we sell.

Customer Service

Unlike some of the big box and national companies, Castleberry’s owners and employees live in your neighborhood and we care that you are satisfied with the furniture you select.  That is why we offer a one-year warranty against defects on what we sell. Should you have a problem after you receive your furniture, please call our customer service representative at (770) 452-6626 Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or e-mail customerservice@castleberrysfurniture.com.

Delivery

To insure that your furniture arrives safely in your home, we offer delivery service on our own trucks by professionals who know how to lift and move furniture.  Our delivery fees vary depending on the distance to your home; however, we strive to keep our fees low while maintaining a quality service.  If you have questions regarding your delivery, please contact our warehouse at (770) 452-6626.

All deliveries are scheduled from our distribution center in Chamblee. As we know you are usually anxious to see your new furniture in your home, we will call you as soon as possible to schedule a convenient time, making sure we have time to properly prepare the furniture to meet your expectations.  We schedule deliveries Tuesday through Saturday.

Getting Ready for Your Delivery When we schedule your delivery, you will be asked to tell us anything we need to know that might affect your delivery.  Please tell us about stairs, narrow doors, sharp angles or any other obstacles that might be encountered.  That will allow us to schedule extra delivery personnel or extra time to make your delivery.

Please understand that furniture is heavy and our staff is human!  If your furniture is not up to your expectations when it is delivered, our delivery personnel will contact our warehouse.  Our customer service representative will determine if the furniture needs to be returned to the warehouse or if our service tech can make the repairs in your home.

Please Note Our delivery team cannot be responsible for moving wires or any electronic equipment during a delivery. Our insurance company also prohibits us from hanging mirrors, pictures, etc.  Please make arrangements for someone who is trained in this area to make any necessary connections or disconnections.

Warranty Programs

WarrantyTo guarantee your furniture against defects and damage after one year, we offer warranty programs at reasonable prices that will repair or replace your furniture should the need arise for 5 to10 years after your purchase.

Warranties are available for fabric and leather and a total protection program is available for all for your furniture purchases.  Please ask one of our sales associates for details.
